The On Job Training (OJT) program organized by the Karunia Insani Rejang Lebong Foundation is one way to take advantage of opportunities after rehab, which will enable them to lead a better life. The purpose of this study is to describe the media used in the implementation of On Job Training (OJT) at the human gift foundation in Rejang Lebong Regency. This study uses research on learning media used in the implementation of on-job training for inmates in the rehabilitation of drug users at the human gift foundation in Rejang Lebong Regency using descriptive qualitative research methods, because the problems to be discussed are described in detail and in detail. In this study the techniques used are interview techniques, documentation techniques, and observation techniques. The research subjects of this study were the chairman of the Karunia Insani foundation, tutors of the Karunia Insani foundation, staff of the Karunia Insani foundation program, and former residents of the Karunia Insani foundation. The results of this study describe the learning media used in On Job Training activities at the Karuni Insani Foundation, namely in the form of modules, infocus and books that have been determined by the Karunia Insani Foundation and all modules and books and infocus have been adapted to the needs of On Job Training participants.
